👻 We are trick or treating instead this year so didn’t decorate our house. But I ALWAYS let the big and smaller kids get involved! After all everyone loves a sweet!!!

🎃 Just remember the rules… no pumpkins or decorations DON’T KNOCK on the doors!!!

Have you ever thought about what it would be like to be blind but be obsessed with horses?!

👁️

In our 1-1 sessions, we switched things up by experiencing what it’s like to be around horses without our eyesight! The kids took turns to be blindfolded and were then given tasks to complete around the stable! It was fun to see them get creative with their other senses 🐴👀

🤩 With a bit of help and encouragement from each other, they learned to;

👍🏻 Communicate slightly differently 🗣️
👍🏻 Listen for hoof sounds 👂
👍🏻 Feel around the stable 🤚
👍🏻and even smell for their Ponies / poo 👃 😂

It was a truly fun and eye-opening experience that showed them how teamwork and effective communication really can make all the difference! ✨

So proud to be an Equimotional Coach with Equimotional. It’s little things that pop up in their resources that just, well, make sense!!

All of us at Hugs of Argyll can’t guarantee you’ll be healed after a session because horses aren’t therapists who can sit on a sofa and take notes and nor are we clinicians (well not all of us 😆) but…
