How to know you’re being manipulated by a “perpetual victim”:

1. Their problems are endless, but their effort is zero.
They always have a crisis, but never take steps to change anything.

2. You feel guilty when you try to set boundaries.
They react with sadness, disappointment, or “poor me” whenever you pull back.

3. You’re always giving… and they’re always taking.
Support, money, time, emotional energy — it’s never balanced.

4. They turn every situation into something done to them.
Nothing is ever their responsibility; someone else is always to blame.

5. They only come to you in chaos, never in peace.
If your phone only lights up when they need saving, that’s a pattern.

6. You leave conversations feeling drained, not uplifted.
Your empathy becomes exhaustion.

7. When you offer real solutions, they reject them.
Because solving the problem ends the attention.

8. You notice your role has become “rescuer.”
And they make you feel obligated to stay in that role.

My Story

While my journey to being ME began years ago, my journey to working with others on their path to healing began in 2008. I found myself on the receiving end of a reiki session. Something shifted in me during that session and I knew I was destined to help others on their healing journey. So in 2008 I became a qualified Reiki Practitioner

During my healing journey I attracted family, friends and work colleagues who were struggling with their own personal issues. I quickly realized that I had an ability to help people become more positive, and I was able to help them work through their problems bringing clarity and balance back into their lives. So in 2016 I added Life Coaching to my skill set. I also Incorporate EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Which is a way to Tap on certain Acupuncture Energy Points in order to remove negative thought patterns.
