“There are no wrong notes. The only wrong note is the note that goes unsung.” – Orion 🎵 In our sound healing training, the most profound, most effective tool we teach sound healers is to find your own voice — and use it in your sound work. 🎶 What does that mean? Well, it’s giving yourself permission to speak, sing, and live out loud. So much of our world has a shut down voice. ✨ That translates to loss of power, loss of confidence, loss of worth, loss of freedom — even loss of creativity. Eventually, the body starts believing the “silencing” story and the biological system gets the message as “stay small” or “it’s not safe to talk” or “better to hold it in.” 🤫 Your very cells start to act differently. There’s less vibrational intimacy and flow. There’s more inflammation. There’s more stagnancy. 🤫 In our Sound Alchemy work, we love inviting our clients to hum, tone, and make more sounds. Like a big audible exhale. Or a silly sound. Laughter even. 😂 Once you start to free up your voice, it can bring up complex feelings from your inner child or an aspect of you from another timeline where it actually wasn’t safe to speak or make a sound. But that’s good! Now you can start to es**rt that part of you to a new story of empowerment. ⚡️ When Astara Raven started singing at our sound events 10 years ago, she was timid and sang very little. Yet, attendees let her know just how powerful her voice was in helping them center and find their hearts. 🫀 Astara uses her voice now consciously as a healing tool. She helps people bring parts of their soul home to the body just by wordlessly singing the song that comes from her heart. 💖 You have access to such power too!
