Nepal is a place where time slows down and everything feels just right ✨.

A place I carry with me… always.

And one I would go back to again and again.

🙏🏼 "Man lives mostly in his surface mind, life, and body, but there is an inner being within him with greater possibilities to which he has to awake. The first process of Yoga is, therefore, to open the ranges of this inner being and to live from there outward, governing his outward life by an inner light and force." - Sri Aurobindo.

Our lives are not truly guided by our outer reality or the things we possess and achieve; we are not defined by these, but by our inner reality. It is our inner being that holds the key to a more profound and fulfilling existence.

For me, Yoga has been a journey of awakening to this inner reality. It has taught me that the pursuit of greater beauty, harmony, power, and knowledge is driven by our inner light and force. When we connect with this inner essence and allow it to guide our lives from within, we find a deeper sense of purpose and direction.

Last Friday was the International Yoga Day, let's celebrate the power of Yoga and commit to living our lives from the inside out.

Wishing everyone a filled with the inner that resides within each of us.

"Life purpose is not something you strive to figure out and then attain; purpose and meaning are what you find in your everyday actions and thinking - your gratitude, laughter, hugs or truly listening, sharing a conversation or your presence with someone.."

Purpose is not a noun, it is a verb, a journey of joy. The best way I could describe mine is Being, finding joy Being... Well-Being.
Stop searching for your purpose, focus on doing the things you love, with the people you love!

💙¿Suena paradójico verdad? Cuando pensamos en amar, inmediatamente lo asociamos a otra persona, cuando en realidad para amar sólo se necesita que tu lo hagas.

Aprender a vivir contigo misma, a apoyarte, a sentirte cómoda, en paz y en armonía cuando estás a solas sin importar las circunstancias es fundamental para poder amar auténticamente a otra persona.

Osho lo explica de la siguiente manera: "Solo aquellas personas que son capaces de estar a solas son capaces de amar, de compartir, de ir al centro mas profundo de otra persona, sin poseer al otro, sin ser dependiente del otro, sin reducir al otro a una cosa y sin convertirse en adicto al otro."

Amar es una experiencia que puede generarte sentimientos de afecto, cariño, respeto y admiración llenándote de felicidad, plenitud y satisfacción. Así que la pregunta es: ¿qué estás haciendo hoy, para cultivar esa relación genuina contigo misma basada en el amor?
