1️⃣ Gut health - always and forever a priority. I post loads of resources on this so scroll my content to find or grab the protocol in my Stan store.
2️⃣ Mind-body work. Stress and trauma get trapped in the body, it’s such an important part of the puzzle 🧩 to work on releasing it and helping the body to feel safe so it can heal.
3️⃣ My new favourite - dead hanging!!! Omg I’m getting so much release and decompression of my spine. It’s bloody delicious and it’s making sick thinking how much I spent at the chiropractor when I could have just done this 🥲🥲🥲
