You want to make it even payments that go out when you get paid - of course!

Flights, travel insurance and the little extras like a taxi from the airport are additional for you to arrange

It’s happening again, Awaken Her is back for a second time!

A day event for women who know they ‘should’ do something for themselves instead of everyone else before they snap.

For the busy Mummas holding it down at home for their beautiful families.
The corporate girlies burning the wick at both ends.
For the ones who go keep hearing about womb and cycle magic and wanting to deepen their connection to their own.

Sam and I have curated this day using breathwork, vocal activation, womb wisdom and would alchemy to create a deeply restorative space infused in feminine energetics

And naturally there’s snacks! Platters of food and you know there will be some cheeky chocolate too with me around.

And we’ll have ceremonial cacao too from 🥰

Hi everyone! I’ve just opened a private breathwork space here in beautiful Oratia - surrounded by nature, birdsong, and total peace.
Breathwork is a powerful practice that supports stress release, emotional wellbeing, and nervous system regulation.
I’m offering a limited number of 1:1 sessions in August at an opening rate of $250 (normally $300).

Who is it for?
It’s for anyone feeling anxious, stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected — whether emotionally, mentally, or physically. You don’t need any experience, just a willingness to show up and breathe.
