I don't teach you how to use a particular machine or move, or tell you you must eat this or that. I teach you how to exercise properly to achieve goals, prevent injuries, as well as rehabilitate injuries. I also teach you how to

fuel your body so that you enjoy your meals and have the energy you desire and deserve. I take my role as a transformation expert very seriously and am willing to work just as hard as you do throughout our sessions. Together we can achieve great things!

I move to feel strong, not to shrink.
I eat to fuel, not to fix.
And I give myself permission to rest, reset, and grow at my own pace.
