• Plant based consultation

Do you want to incorporate more meatless meals into your diet, lower your meat and dairy intake or address your reliance on processed food but are unsure of how to get started? As a certified plant based cook with a degree in nutrition and dietetics, I will guide you on your journey toward a healthy and delicious whole-foods, plant-based lifestyle. I will assist you in gradually replacing meat and/or dairy products with satisfying, minimally processed plant-based alternatives so that you can start experiencing increased energy levels and improved health right away. You’ll learn how to navigate the supermarket and decode labels, how to eat a balanced, nutrient dense diet, how to veganize your favorite recipes and how to meal plan for you and your family. I can help you reduce calories yet maximize nutrient intake; explore gluten-free options; reduce sodium/oil in your diet; and go vegan on budget. I can customize our sessions to address your specific needs and concerns, facilitating your transition to a healthy, plant-based lifestyle. Consults are available in person or via phone/email/Skype.

•Pantry re-set: Stocking a Plant-based pantry

Cooking efficiently is dependent upon an organized pantry. I will help you get rid of animal-based ingredients in favour of nourishing plant-based staples that will enable you to whip up wholesome and delicious meals quickly and intuitively. We will grocery shop together where I will help you efficiently navigate the store, teach you to decipher labels as well as shop from a list or menu plan. When we return to your home, I will give you storage and cooking tips. (Option: I cook one plant-based entree for you in your home, demonstrating every step of the way. Recipe is yours to keep.)

•Plant based chef services

Eager to make the transition to a more plant-based diet but don't have the energy or the time? Let me do the cooking for you! Whether its comfort foods, lighter fare or for a specific dietary need, I can prepare meals in your kitchen (and take care of food shopping, cooking and clean-up) or deliver the food directly to your home.
