Natural Calm Magnesium is an excellent option for constipation relief. It is Magnesium Carbonate and Citric Acid. I do not recommend taking a probiotic supplement. There is new research that came out in the last year or so that shows that probiotics actually make our gut microbiome less diverse. The gut microbiome is more diverse 30 days after using antibiotics if you DON’T supplement with a probiotic than if you do.

My integrative medicine doctor, Dr. Zach Bush, is no longer recommending probiotics due to this.
