Gift your body 30 minutes to get centered and present and slow-flow through a few sun salutations and yoga poses. Relax, follow my lead, and listen to and appreciate your body. All levels welcome - even those who have never done yoga.

This starter kit really is a grouping of oils that I would recommend you start with. There is so much use and diversity here. Given the time of year, with holiday spending, many people enroll with this kit with the intention of giving some of it away as gifts.
