YES we ALL have!!
I can easily say I have!

But why?

Why should we rush things?
Why want to change something we don’t have control of?

Don’t go down that “rabbit hole” of wanting something or changing something you can’t???

Be happy in where you are!

If it’s cold, cuddle with a blanket or loved one and say “I’m glad I can get warmth!”

Feel blessed you woke up and are given another day!

Making healthy nutritional choices shouldn’t be something that’s hard or time consuming!

Food is meant to fuel and nourish your body!

Many people think that you can’t enjoy healthy foods, but you can!!!

Healthy foods can both offer nourishment and comfort!

If you’re not making those healthy food choices, start with small achievable goals.

I know TONS of people who skip breakfast because they don’t have time.
Make time! It’s that important!!

One way to ensure breakfasts aren’t skipped is to plan ahead!

Until about age 45, my fitness routine wasn’t much of a routine.
It was more of a hassle!

I went to a class here and there in college, but really had no interest (I’d rather be hanging with my friends!).
I dabbled in running and pushed my way through pain because I didn’t train properly.
Then when I got more interested in my 30s, I worked out regularly, but for 1+ hours with a lot of wasted time and money.
I spent a lot of time wandering around the gym wondering what I could do or what equipment I could use.
Many times I just found myself on the treadmill not knowing what to do next. 🤷🏻‍♀️
There were times I joined a boot camp class and worked out on other people’s schedules and not when it was convenient for me.
Plus a lot of that time was wasted talking to others and not exercising.

I “thought” I was healthy because I was exercising, but I was in pain, tired, and extremely frustrated with my lack of results.

It wasn’t until I started with these programs and health groups that I realized what healthy was supposed to look and feel like!

I stopped becoming obsessed with working out and fell in love with getting healthy!
I realized how crazy it was to spend 1+ hours exercising and how with the right workout, 30-45 minutes can be SO much more effective!

I finally saw and FELT results!

I’d love for YOU to feel the same way!
I’m looking for 5-10 people (no matter what stage of fitness you are in) to join me in my virtual health group!

Learn what I learned about health while feeling part of a COMMUNITY!

Good morning sunshine!🏝
Starting off another beautiful day with a quick workout!
Life is about BALANCE!
I used to try to “work off” a bad meal!
HELLO! That doesn’t work!!!
I used to restrict myself from fun foods!
WHY? I can enjoy “unhealthy” foods AND live healthy!

But it took work on my OVERALL health to understand how to have balance!
I joined an accountability group that gave tips on establishing healthy habits!
I started a nutrition plan that is sustainable and nonrestrictive!
I learned how to eat healthy without depriving myself of food groups or restricting what I ate!
It takes work though guys!!
There will be easy days AND hard days!
But that’s life!
No magic pill or potion!
Just living, learning, understanding, and balancing!
Why not join me?
Start living a healthy, happy life with me!

Instead of breaking down and criticizing who you aren’t, what do you think would happen if you focused on the things that made you great?

Why be your biggest enemy, when you should be your biggest cheerleader?

Think of things that make you great and extraordinary.👍🏻

You might be a good cook or baker.
You might have an eye for decorating.
You might be able to curl or braid hair.
You can think outside the box.
You can run well.
You’re a writer.
You are beat and organized.
The list can go on and on.

Now think of your body.
Not what it looks like or what the scale says, but how it works.
Focus on your qualities and abilities.
Example:
What makes your hands special?
What can your arms or legs do?

We all need to practice a little more self-love instead of self-hate. ❤️

When you don’t go after what you want and you don’t live with gratitude of what you have, you’re going to live a life full of regret.

You’re going to wish you said something to your loved ones.

You’re going to wish you went on that vacation.

You’re going to wish you started that workout program.

You’re going to wish you hugged or kissed your kids.

Regret is poison that you put into your life because you didn’t do something you should’ve started or done.

Why keep wondering “what if”?Why keep saying “I wish I had”? Why wait and not start?
Why don’t you say it?
Why not do it?

What is holding you back?

Stop looking at those things that other people “think” are important because once you get it, you’re left empty and you wonder why you even tried to go after it?

Don’t chase after things that won’t bring you joy.
Don’t waste your time on things that don’t bring you peace.

Go down the list of things in your life and think about how you would feel if you lost it.
Those are the things that really matter.
No more regrets!
Live your life to the fullest!

🥗Start living healthy.
😊Give someone a smile or a hug. ✨Take time for others and make memories.

These are the things that really matter.

Why not find that one small thing that makes you special or that you could celebrate? 👏🏻

You might be thinking...
👉🏻Things aren’t happening the way they should.
👉🏻I’m not seeing the progression in the right amount of time.
👉🏻It’s hard.
👉🏻I have to put in too much work.

But it’s those small things - those small amounts of work and showing up each day for yourself - that is going to build up and make the difference.

Sometimes you just have to have faith! 🙌🏻
That doesn’t mean that you’re always going to feel positive about things that you want to happen, but why not just have faith?
Faith that it IS going to happen. Faith that progression IS being made even when you can’t see it.

When you keep telling yourself what you can’t do, then it won’t happen.
Having faith that it CAN happen, will make it happen.

Find that ☝🏻 reason why you want it to happen.
Focus on that.
That will get you through the hard days and diminish the doubts that it will happen.
That is your WHY!

Changing your focus to positivity is a powerful way of transforming a situation.
It doesn’t mean you’re avoiding or denying reality. It simply means you have chosen to shift perspectives on difficult things.

The world around us can be very negative. But staying grounded and positive allows you not to get “sucked” into it.

I have learned to be a more positive person. I’ve actually transformed my thinking and reactions to positivity.
It puts me in a place of emotional clarity.
It gives me peace to know all will be okay.

Whatever is negative in your life or our world is temporary. It too shall pass!

Believe!
Find solace in that belief!

I CHOOSE to live in the present, without regrets, with purpose, and healthy!

My groups have taught me to live a life with goals.
To live with a happy heart!
To be the best version of me!
To take care of ME so I’m available for my loved ones!
To not take chances for granted!
To be spiritual and free!

I am one that loves a good sale!
I am frugal and don’t like to spend a lot of money!
I love having nice things and I’ve learned to get those nice things without spending a lot of money.

I’m also a minimalist.
I know that I can’t take “things” with me and those “things” don’t define who I am!

But one thing that goes with me throughout my life is my health!
I have been a member at a gym, done CrossFit, Orangetheory, boot camps, and had a personal trainer.
I have spent lots of money on my health.
But I’ve always felt like I wasn’t getting enough for what I was spending.

Finding these programs have given me more than just workouts.
💚I have nutrition plans that aren’t a diet or a fad.
💜I have 1000+ workouts at the touch of a button.
💙I have an accountability group where I have made lifetime friends.
❤️I have a meal replacement shake that has completely changed how I feel.
💛I have learned how to take care of myself with self-care and self-love.

These programs and groups aren’t a gimmick.
They’re not just a new fad.
I’m finally feeling like I am spending money that has made a difference in my wellness and health.

A Gucci purse, diamond ring, and a cute outfit will all lose their value or go out of style at some point.

But my health will not.
I need my health to spend time and make memories with my family and friends.
I need my health to live life to the fullest.

I’m not going to be healthy sitting on my rear end, watching TV, and just hoping.

I’m investing in myself now so I can enjoy life and all it has to offer now and in the future!
