Until about age 45, my fitness routine wasn’t much of a routine.
It was more of a hassle!
I went to a class here and there in college, but really had no interest (I’d rather be hanging with my friends!).
I dabbled in running and pushed my way through pain because I didn’t train properly.
Then when I got more interested in my 30s, I worked out regularly, but for 1+ hours with a lot of wasted time and money.
I spent a lot of time wandering around the gym wondering what I could do or what equipment I could use.
Many times I just found myself on the treadmill not knowing what to do next. 🤷🏻♀️
There were times I joined a boot camp class and worked out on other people’s schedules and not when it was convenient for me.
Plus a lot of that time was wasted talking to others and not exercising.
I “thought” I was healthy because I was exercising, but I was in pain, tired, and extremely frustrated with my lack of results.
It wasn’t until I started with these programs and health groups that I realized what healthy was supposed to look and feel like!
I stopped becoming obsessed with working out and fell in love with getting healthy!
I realized how crazy it was to spend 1+ hours exercising and how with the right workout, 30-45 minutes can be SO much more effective!
I finally saw and FELT results!
