My chronic grief reared its head as unworthiness.

And I had no idea the profound impact that would have mine and others’ need for self compassion.

But more over, I had no idea how much readers’ comments on Substack would move my process even deeper.

Fitness is not just about the physical. It can make us mentally fit too!

Honored for this 4 page feature in Feb 2024 issue on the way that rowing grew my resilience!

✅Find your deeper why, this will keep your brain on the track of your new habit! For me it was my son and getting stronger to care for him.

✅ If you move your body, you move your mind

✅ Moving outside can help create a space of calm when your world is not

✅ Movement is meditation. The most ancient kind. You do not have to sit still to experience the benefits.
