Your body responds perfectly to the situations you give it. Nourish your body with good, it’ll respond favorably. Treat your body unwell, and you guessed it, it will respond accordingly. Sometimes we’re our biggest contributor to ill health, without even realizing it. Here at the American Institute of Healthy Living, we know that most people want to be healthy. They’re just not sure where to go or how to do it. We’re living in a time with access to so much information, yet with conflicting resources and perspectives, all of that information becomes difficult to navigate and people end up overwhelmed. So excited about this — and I’m so glad it arrived before Labor Day! See my story to hear about me running after the UPS Driver… yes, not my proudest moment. 🤣 but I soooo wanted this delivery!

I’ve searched far and wide for an amazing tasting protein, one that’s dairy free, soy free, rBST and rBGH free, hormone free, naturally sweetened without sugar, Paleo, and keto friendly, a complete source of protein PLUS it mixes easily for on the go! Id bet they were getting 20-30 grams of protein a day and the rest were carbs and fat. Bo wonder people struggle with maintaining a healthy weight!)

When it comes to feeling your best, your sleeping habits are the number 1 influence. Period.

You've heard it before, your doctor tells you, your mom tells you, even your friends tell you - getting enough sleep is key when it comes to taking care of yourself.

And studies have shown that lack of sleep can lead to problems with attention, memory, and decision-making, as well as an increased risk of depression and anxiety.

When you're snoozing away, your brain is busy doing all sorts of important things, like forming new neural connections and consolidating memories, as well as giving you boosts of the feel good chemicals that help you to wake up feeling refreshed.

So if you want to make sure your brain is firing on all cylinders, be sure to get enough shut-eye. Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep each night, and try to establish a regular sleep routine to help your body get into a healthy rhythm.

And if falling asleep is a difficult task for you, consider adding Melatonin to your toolbox.
