Our Story
After working as a clinical laboratory technologist for many years, Dr. Judy Brangman felt led to switch careers and pursue medicine so that she could help others live healthy lives of which she has seen her parents enjoy the benefits of. Dr. Judy has been predominately plant based for many years, but has been vegan for over 6 years. Having personally experienced the health benefits of a whole food plant based diet, she aims to share this life transforming information with everyone. She is dedicated to encouraging individuals to eat more plants, move more, and stress less. Dr. Judy’s goal is to inspire others to be the best version of themselves inside and out so they can walk in their God given purpose. She believes that in order to fully live the life you were intended to live on this earth, you need to be in good health (physically, emotionally, and spiritually).
