Carve out your 'slice of mindfulness' this summer with a weekly, one-hour, virtual mindfulness meditation class. Participants will engage in 8 restorative and relaxing sessions of guided meditation and reflection. Each session will focus on researched-based practices including mindful breathing, mindfulness of thoughts, mindfulness of emotions, cultivating a compassionate, loving heart, and generating a sense of ease and calm. This class will help you find balance as you end the school year, and recharge and restore for the upcoming year ahead. Perfect for teachers, administrators, office staff, custodial staff or anyone who wants to find a little 'slice of mindfulness' in their day! Eligible for 8 hours CTLE credit.
