This is going to be a low-key, fun, nourishing meditation series! Check it out!
Carve out your 'slice of mindfulness' this summer with a weekly, one-hour, virtual mindfulness meditation class. Participants will engage in 8 restorative and relaxing sessions of guided meditation and reflection. Each session will focus on researched-based practices including mindful breathing, mindfulness of thoughts, mindfulness of emotions, cultivating a compassionate, loving heart, and generating a sense of ease and calm. This class will help you find balance as you end the school year, and recharge and restore for the upcoming year ahead. Perfect for teachers, administrators, office staff, custodial staff or anyone who wants to find a little 'slice of mindfulness' in their day! Eligible for 8 hours CTLE credit.

Teaching an awesome course on Mindful Communication and Resorative Circles. This course will set you up to start your year with the Circle process. This course will teach the process of Mindful Communication and Restorative Circles. The Restorative Circles process is a structured process of communication that helps participants reconnect with an appreciation of themselves and others. Circles are designed to create a safe space for all voices to be heard and encouraged in a school environment. Circles can help to improve the culture of the classroom. This course will address mindful communication strategies for adults and students and will lay out a framework for teachers to implement Circles in their classroom. By the end of the course, participants will have all tools and strategies at their disposal for implementing the Circle process in their classrooms. This course is appropriate for all grade levels and will include mindfulness practice and lots of discussion and interaction. Eligible for 8 hours CTLE credit. Register here:
