I feel we live in a society that is obsessed with achievements, it’s trying to make us believe our self worth comes from...

I feel we live in a society that is obsessed with achievements, it’s trying to make us believe our self worth comes from everything outside ourselves, living like this causes us to become depressed and anxious when we feel we don’t fit nicely into that box.

This society rewards higher grades with importance, with self worth and intellectual ability.
We learn that underachieving equals shame and we are less than someone who is smarter, faster and more accomplished.

I feel achievements are valued above our mental well-being. Educational and career achievements don’t define our self worth.

Be proud living this human existence, be kind to yourself knowing you are doing the best you can .
