This wasn’t the first time a client struggles with getting their workouts in because they tell me they don’t like working out.
And honestly? I get it.
There are days it feels hard, uncomfortable, or just not fun.
She didn’t think much of it when she mentioned this to me. But through our powerful coaching session, we began to peel back the layers and get to the root of deeper beliefs that were ultimately holding her back from the fat loss, energy, and confidence she was after.
You don’t have to love the movement itself…
You just have to love what it makes possible in your life.

That’s why my client made the conscious choice to shift her belief from:
❌ ‘I don’t like movement’ → ✅ ‘I don’t like it, but I do it anyway.’
Because she realized it’s not about punishment. It’s about empowering herself to show up in a bigger way and commit to what’s important for her.
