Here’s what most people (and most coaches!) miss:

You can have all the meal plans, all the disciple, all the “healthy habits” in the world, but if your nervous system is still dysregulated, the patterns won’t change.

I am having so much fun looking back on some of my favorite costumes over the years 🎃🖤

And it made me realize how each of these characters I played represented different patterns I had to face as someone driven to constantly grow and struggling to hold it all together.

And what I’ve learned and get to coach to my high-achieving clients is that you don’t have to stay stuck in survival mode anymore.

There is a path toward sustainable fat loss, freedom with food, and insane amounts of energy WITHOUT restriction or burnout.
