🍽️What I ate this week to be lean, strong, and energized ❌ without bloating, burnout, or boring food.

Every plate is:
✔️ High-protein
✔️ Gut + hormone supportive
✔️ Blood sugar balanced
✔️ Actually satisfying (no tiny portions or restricting here)

If you’ve been stuck in the all-or-nothing cycle… skipping carbs, ignoring your hunger, or not knowing what to eat… this is your sign it gets to look (and taste) way better than that.
