r lecturer in strength and conditioning and has a PhD in bioengineering. Phil has worked for many years as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach for people of a varied level of sporting experience, from those looking to stay healthy, to elite athletes. Our Story

Hayley & Phil are local Hayling residents with a passion for keeping people healthy and moving! Whether you are new too fitness, struggling with an injury or a seasoned athlete, we can help you.

Hayley Clarke is a qualified Physiotherapist. She studied her first degree at UWIC university - and gained a BSc in Strength conditioning, rehabilitation and massage at UWIC university and a Level 4 Sports massage diploma. Hayley went on to study, MSc Sport Rehabilitation at St Mary's University Twickenham and MSc in Physiotherapy at Southampton University. Hayley has experience within the NHS across a range of areas, private sector and working in sport.

Phil Price is a lecturer and the programme director of the Strength & Conditioning BSc degree at St Mary’s University, Twickenham. He has a BSc and MSc degree is strength & conditioning and a PhD in bioengineering of the knee. Phil is also a qualified personal trainer & UKSCA coach, and has experience working with people across a variety of sports and athletes of all levels.

Hayley & Phil are also keen athletes. Hayley has a background in netball, dance and trampolining to name a few; whilst Phil’s main sports were rugby and weightlifting. They now compete in obstacle course racing, functional fitness, triathlons and are always looking for a new challenge.
