Een casestudie uit 2023 meldt dat een man van in de veertig ernstige gezondheidsklachten ontwikkelde nadat op 20 meter van zijn huis een 5G-zendmast was geplaatst,

De man had hevige hoofdpijn, tintelingen en branderig gevoel in het lichaam, ernstige hartproblemen in de vorm van een hoge en onregelmatige hartslag en pijn rond het hart. Bovendien was zijn kortetermijngeheugen ernstig aangetast, was hij abnormaal moe, had hij slaapproblemen en ontwikkelde hij een neiging tot depressie.

Nadat de man was verhuisd naar een andere woning, waar de straling aanzienlijk lager was en zonder 5G-straling, verdwenen de klachten geleidelijk. Elke keer dat de man zijn woning in de buurt van de 5G-zendmast bezocht, keerden de symptomen echter relatief snel terug en duurde het langer voordat de symptomen verdwenen.

Metingen van de straling in huis laten extreem hoge stralingsniveaus zien die veroorzaakt worden door de 5G-zendmast, wat waarschuwingen van veel onderzoekers, dat 5G tot een enorme toename van de straling zou leiden, bevestigt.

Er zijn tweemaal stralingsmetingen in de woning uitgevoerd. Hieruit bleek dat de straling in meerdere ruimtes in de woning het maximale niveau voor de meter bereikte, namelijk ruim 3.180.000 μW/m2 gemeten als piekwaarde. De niveaus zijn de hoogste die tot nu toe zijn gemeten in de casestudies over de gevolgen voor de gezondheid van 5G. Bij een vervolgmeting kwamen maximale waarden naar voren van 997.274 μW/m 2 in de woonkamer en 1.368.021 μW/m2 in een van de slaapkamers.
