What is Shamanic Ta**ra?

Welcome to the Shamanic Ta**ra tribe! In our retreats and Intensives we offer a journey into self-empowerment and opening the heart. Creating a magical blend between Ta**ra, breathwork and Shamanic practices. Learning to ask for what you want and setting clear boundaries. Shining a light into what appears to be darkness, reconnect to your inner peaceful nature and activating your ecstatic life force energy.

Shamanism takes nature as a teacher and activates the ability to move between the worlds of earth and spirit. It uses states of trance in order to cross portals of cosmic wisdom and heal wounds from the past. Shamanism is a reality that existed in all ancient cultures.

Ta**ra is about learning to identify sexual energy as Life force energy. Realizing and experiencing that the access of this potent power can be used in all realms of manifestation and conscious relating.

In Shamanic Ta**ra we combine ancient Shamanic practices with the art of Ta**ra. Using movement, vibration, sound and breath to cross such dimensions. Allowing a allowing deep consistent connection to the heart, to spirit, sexual energy and creative abundance.

He is specialized in helping open minded, heart centered individuals to shift energy and blockages held within their bodies cellular memory in order to gain insights into themselves and experience states of deep peace and relaxation through Shamanic music, meditation & breath through these powerfully healing Divine Sound Journeys. These sessions are highly useful for improving overall health, vitality & well-being; releasing tension and stress; gaining focus and clarity; awakening the bodies innate healing wisdom and gaining personal empowerment.

Leonie Louise

She is an experienced psychologist in the clinical field and has spent many years studying traditional Chinese medicine, Breathwork, Shamanic ta**ra and alternative healing techniques. She has been traveling in South America, followed the path of different plant medicines and completed several trainings of Shamanic ta**ra of Anna Maria Hernmarck in Bali from where she has developed her own courses and workshops.

In her journey she discovered that body, mind and spirit are all one beautiful interconnected web, which can actually self-heal giving the right conditions. She works in an intuitive way and at the same time she use her background in clinical psychology in guiding the Shamanic Ta**ra Retreats to create a safe space for healing and transformation.

At the moment she is offering Rebirthing, Shamanic Ta**ra Intensives and individual healing work using a mix of elements of Shamanic ta**ra, Psychology and Eastern spirituality.
