What I turn to when my head, throat or sinuses start hurting.

1 - 2 tsp. honey
1-2 drops each. Thieves, Lemon and Peppermint.
I stir the oils into the honey so it binds.
I then add hot water.

Talk about relief!

I love learning new information on my oils and how to use them!

I had a naturopathic friend tell me the problems I had for 3 1/2 days. I was miserable and ready to try anything!

I opened my handy dandy book on oils and looked up supporting gallbladder and found a list of oils and how to use them.
I only had two oils that were listed.
I immediately put each on where my liver and gallbladder is located. Honestly didn’t know if it would help.

Morning of the 4th day my issue started up like crazy like it was starting all over in intensity.

I have to say, there were no more issues after I used it. About four hrs later I put more on because I was feeling off again.
I’ve been clear since Monday officially by about 2:00 pm!

There’s my testimony on using Lavenderand Rosemary!

I use to think the oils smelled good and were just a healthier way to scent my home. Man was I wrong!

I'm SO excited to share this with you! I made the Laundry Scent Booster and just started the washer. Man, does it smell good!

Make a DIY Laundry Scent Booster:
To a large glass jar with a lid add:
1 cup Epsom Salt
½ cup Fine Sea Salt
½ cup Baking Soda
30 drops Lemongrass (or a mix of desired oils)
To use, add 2-3 Tbsp directly to the laundry.

Who am I?

Welcome to a healthier home, family and you! I do not "sell oils", I share my oil experiences with my friends & teach. Why? Because I care. I’m tired of feeling tired, forgetful, no focus, feeling rundown. I know there are others who feel as I felt in the beginning.

I love seeing others faces when they get their “AH HA!” moment!
