In Harmony Within Hi welcome to my page my name is Lorena Rodriguez, I am a cerified hypnotherapist, intuitive energy healer and Sound healing practioner.

My mission is to help others find harmony and balance within themselves, by using different healing modalities that help access their own inner ability to heal themselves. When something feels familiar, your body stays with it.

Even if it’s frustrating.
Even if you want something different.

Because familiar feels predictable.
And predictable feels safe.

So the same reactions happen.
The same choices.
The same outcomes.

It’s not because you’re not trying…
but because your system is staying with what it knows.

Change starts when you begin working with that pattern, not just trying to push past it.

That’s where things actually shift.

Most people are waiting for money to feel abundant.
I used to do the same.

But I started noticing…
it was already showing up in ways I was ignoring.

Here’s what that looked like for me👇

1️⃣ Time ⏳
I used to rush everything and still feel behind.
Then I noticed the moments I did have space… and I wasn’t even letting myself feel it.
👉 When you slow down enough to notice time, you stop feeding the feeling of lack.

2️⃣ Ease ✅
I thought things had to be hard to count.
If it felt easy, I questioned it.
👉 Allowing things to be simple changed more than forcing everything.

3️⃣ Energy ✨
There were days I felt a little lighter… and I brushed it off.
Now I see that as something to protect.
👉 Your energy isn’t random — it’s part of what you’re creating from.

4️⃣ Connection 🤝
A real conversation. Someone checking in.
I used to overlook that like it didn’t matter.
👉 Feeling supported makes it easier to actually receive more.

5️⃣ Awareness 👁️
Seeing my own patterns wasn’t always comfortable.
But that’s where things actually started shifting.
👉 You can’t change what you don’t see.

This is the part people skip with manifesting…
They’re looking for more, while ignoring what’s already there.

And that keeps the cycle going.

I used to think I was just being aware.
Paying attention. Staying on top of things.

But when I slowed down, I noticed something different.

I wasn’t relaxed.
I was just used to holding everything together.

Always thinking.
Always scanning.
Always a little on edge.

It didn’t feel intense…
but it also didn’t feel settled.

That shift, just noticing it, changed a lot for me.

It’s something I see come up a lot in sessions too.

It just feels normal.

But your body never fully settles.

There’s always something slightly held.
Something still preparing.

And over time, that becomes your baseline.

You don’t notice it…

Someone asked me what letting go means.
And how do you know you’ve let go
if it’s not something you can see or touch?

For me, letting go is energetic.
There can be a physical release,
but that usually happens after the energy moves—
because it’s been stored in the body.

It’s about experiencing the emotional or energetic charge that’s still present around the experience. And with awareness, noticing the story or meaning you gave it, how you’ve been carrying it, how it’s shown up in your life.

When you’re able to shift the story,
and drop the meaning that kept that charge alive—that’s when it starts to release.

You know you’ve let go
when it becomes a distant memory
that no longer holds an emotional charge.

This is how I experience letting go.
It’s not always one moment—it’s a shift in how you feel it.
