Full Moon Soul + Sound journeys to take you beyond 💫

We’re home from the Seven Sisters Festival where we guided 2 Soul + Sound Ceremonies to over 200 women.

The experience was amazing and it’s deepened our belief that when we come together in community and mediate, we make this world a better place.

We’re gathering as a community this Friday night ~ the 22nd ~ for our November Soul + Sound Ceremony.

We’ll be journeying through a throat chakra healing and activation.

Our throat chakra governs our ability to express ourselves authentically and express our higher purpose into the world.

You’ll leave the night feeling more grounded in your body, more confident in your truth and open to receiving insights about how to bring your visions into physical reality.

We have such a special ceremony brewing for this Sunday night 🙏☺️

Sunday is the last evening of the waning full moon and entry into our last week of Autumn

We’re weaving a beautiful ceremony to honour the transitioning seasons ~ around us and within us. 🍂

An intentional RELEASE before we cocoon in for Winter 🐛🩷

What will your intention be to release? 💙

This month feels extra special because it’s our first full moon ceremony for kids. 👧🏻 👦🏼 🦊🫶
(6.30pm family friendly class).

We’ll share (in simple terms) what the full moon means and why being connected to our environment is so important. Then, inside the meditation, we’ll experience what it feels like in our bodies to connect to different parts of nature and different (healing) sounds.
