“Who we think we are and who we actually are is very different.”

The practice of mindfulness can not only help you bring an awareness to the perspective you have of yourself but it can also help you to see yourself from an outsiders point of view as well.

In business and life, when you can remove yourself from being centered around "I" and instead seek out what the "whole" needs, that's what true success breeds off of.
