Can’t sleep? Some experts recommend getting out of bed if you can’t fall asleep within 20 minutes. Instead of tossing and turning in bed, get up and try to do something relaxing in a quiet and dim setting—like reading a book. Avoid using your cell phone or laptop. After 10-15 minutes, you can try going back to bed again.
