He came out & I couldn’t even look at him when I noticed the box & what was happening😂
I said “oh my god, really, REALLY, fkn REALLY!!!” Obviously it’s a yes!!♥️💍

I still can’t get over how magical our night was! Im in la la land!😍

The food, the place, the people, just everything about it🤍 One of the best nights of my life! In complete awe!

If anyone needs me, I’ll be hiding in my happy place with my favorite audiobook today. Relaxing in my backyard oasis I am building for myself & I love it!

I thrive on having a constant goal or project I’m working toward. I’m a hard worker by nature and have to have vision and a dream to keep me going, but this can turn into days of nonstop business, and neglecting my mind and body’s need for rest.

When I’m here, for some reason I just slow down, breathe deeper, and take the moment in instead of looking at what’s coming next.

Where’s your happy place??

It took me years to FINALLY realize that the corporate world was beating me down, stealing my soul, taking away precious time from my family and making me complacent about my personal goals. ☠️☠️☠️

It's easy to get caught in that HUSTLE. 🏃‍♀️

Thinking that happiness comes from moving up, taking on more responsibility and hustling no matter what the cost (**cause you look around and everyone is overworked, unhappy and fighting for their vacation time).

Don't get me wrong. I still do ALL of those things (**promote myself, take on BIG things & hustle towards my goals) BUT now it's all on my own terms.

(**I sign my paycheques 💲💲 & I never deny any vacation time ✈️).

And once I found this ALIGNMENT between what I love and what I do every day, I never looked back.

I can’t believe it’s been 5 months..💔

5 months since, in all honesty, the worst day of my life.
5 months since a huge piece of my heart left this world.
5 months since I last got to kiss my baby & hold her tiny little 6lb still, but still warm body and look at her most beautiful, sweet, perfect face! She looked so much like my Ms Haidyn bum❤️

And it f’n sucks!!!! Excuse my language but it feels like the only way to describe it right now!

Not a day; an hour at that, goes by that you aren’t in my mind & my heart! You are always with me; I just wish everyday, it was with me in my arms not just my heart!

But I would do it all over again just to hold you for those sweet moments I was blessed with.

My darling Angel baby; I miss you more than I could ever describe! ♥️

Fly high baby girl👼! We love you so SO much💞

No one can tell you that you're being too hard on yourself or that you should ease up.

Only you know the words you say and if they sting or heal.

So the next time you feel that , let's make a pact that we'll ask her to rephrase that with some honey.

My favorite phrase used to be, "I'll start on Monday" and then, up until Monday, I'd eat junk and feel miserable about myself. I’d tell myself, I’ll finish this junk then it’s gone and Monday’s a fresh start.

What is so special about Monday?!

I don't need Monday to love myself. I don’t need Monday to be a new day to start. I don't want to wait to set a positive example for my family.

I pressed play in my living room on a Wednesday because I deserve to be healthy and strong and happy.

And so do you!!!!

Sometimes you fall off track, sometimes the excuses win, but don’t wait for Monday to start new. Start that next new HOUR instead of day. Refresh your mind & get back into the game! Ask yourself. Where do you want to be in 6 months? Still waiting for the perfect “Monday” or you ready to make that start TODAY, THIS NEW day! (Which yes, today is Monday hahah) but stop waiting for the next one!

YOU GOT THIS! Love yourself enough to make the changes for the better!
