I wanted to share a few athlete spot lights today and let you know the different types of athletes I work with.

Landry- She is a sophomore in HS and trains for 2 miles during cross country season and the 800m and mile during track season. At her first meet in August she set a new PR and then on Monday set another HUGE PR at her cross country meet!

Hannah- She is almost 40 and training for the FBI Physical Fitness Test! In 3 weeks of working together, she has dropped her 300m sprint time by 2 seconds and her 1.5 mile time by almost a minute!

Abigail- She is currently training for her first marathon and crushing her training! She did her longest run to date this weekend of 18 miles!

Hi y’all! Thank you for liking my page! I wanted to let you know a little bit about what I can provide to you! Right now, the main thing I do is create custom running plans. I work with people of all fitness levels and ages. I train people for different things; whether it be your first marathon, want to get in shape, run a faster 5k, etc.

I provide a custom plan based on your goals, current fitness level, lifestyle, etc. I give paces for you to run, speed work, drills, and daily check ins by asking that you comment on the plan to let me know how the workout went! I then can provide encouragement, advice, and make adjustments as needed!

I also have some other awesome things in the works (workout courses, pre made running plans, cookbooks, and more) coming soon, so stay tuned ❤️
