Kidney Care Center of Georgia is dedicated solely to excellent care in all aspects of kidney disease. Our highly experienced professionals work with patients to help achieve optimal kidney health. We place the highest value on our relationships with our patients and referring physicians and work to have open, trusting communication. Our team includes ten highly trained and qualified Nephrologists and five Physicians' Assistants. All physicians are board certified in internal medicine and Nephrology. We care for our patients in the Hospital, Dialysis Center, and Practice settings to ensure continuity of care. We partner with Northeast Georgia Health System in Gainesville & Braselton, Northside Forsyth Hospital, and Emory Johns Creek Hospital. We partner with both Fresenius & Davita dialysis centers as well. With office locations in Gainesville, Cu***ng, Johns Creek, Braselton, and Habersham, we have convenient locations to serve patients in Northeast Georgia. With a focus on patient experience, we deliver the highest quality care within settings that work for our patients and their families.
