Hello again!
A little bit about me..
I’m Hayley - Reflexologist in Aldbury, Tring Herts.
🌱 I first tried it ( very reluctantly!) after a health blip in 2017 and can honestly say with my hand on my heart it changed my life. After my first treatment I felt emotionally lighter, more focussed, less anxious and immediately started sleeping better.
It felt like a natural reboot and I was hooked from day 1.
🌱In 2018 I had the opportunity to change my career and retrain in something that I was genuinely passionate about, so I packed my school bag, joined the London School of Reflexology at Regents Park University and got my Diploma in 2019.
🌱Before and during my studies, I was experiencing my own long (and complicated) fertility issues, we did everything - you name it, we tried it.
I then fell pregnant in 2020 with our son, Dax, whilst we were taking some time out from treatments to review our options.
I’m very open and honest with clients about my experiences both good and bad with different fertility treatments should they want to know, so if you are going through something similar and have any questions during your session, please feel free to ask.
🌱Due to the above, I’m also trained in fertility and pregnancy Reflexology. I learnt so much about my own body during our journey that it felt right to put all that knowledge to good use, and try to help others in similar situations.
Reflexology really is an incredible therapy and can help with such a wide variety of issues.
