Fitness isn’t just about the gym. It should be about adding that extra OOMF to the things you love to do (or strive to do) on a daily basis. Alexa uses a practical combination of mobility work, strength training, cardio, and nutrition to ensure you have the mental and physical energy to tackle your day. Whether you’re working from your desk, slugging city league softball, carrying kids to and from the car, or backpacking your favorite trail, she will set you up for success. We only get one life, so you might as well live it fully and fearlessly!

NASM Personal Trainer & Nutrition Certified
Masters Degree in Biology
