so turns out I don't know what I did with a couple of the prior calls when I edited them lol
So i have re done them and they have all been put into the folders in the google drive once more 😅
There was the mindset/beliefs where Dayna Grace spoke more into the neuroscience pieces (it is in a new folder labeled mindset/beliefs)
There was a channeled one with Zahara but i only kept the general read for the year of 2025 (it is in the channeled folder)
And of course the most recent was the exercise and meditation we did just before new years - I broke out this one to be the whole exercise and meditation together (in the mindset/beliefs folder) and the just the stand alone mediation portion (in the mediations folder)
