At Enlighten our passion is to shine God’s Light on those facing mental health challenges to brighten lives with His help, hope, and healing. We are also eager to share compassion with those who care for family and friends. We welcome you to be a part of our caring community that continues to work together for better care and healing for all who face mental illness.
Recent research reveals that one out of every four adults and one out of every five youth will experience mental illness as a part of their lives. This translates to over 200,000 people in Ventura County alone! Though this number is staggering, there is genuine hope and help.
The Enlighten Mental Health Ministry is for individuals and families affected by mental illness, churches and their leaders, and anyone who has a heart to walk with others from mental illness towards mental health.
