Oat and yoghurt crêpes
Ingredients and method:
1. Grind 2/3 cup oats in a food processor/ blender.
2. Add and mix 2 eggs and 3 tbsp plain yoghurt.
3. Add few drops of vanilla (sugar is optional).
4. Cook on a non stick frying pan.
5. Serve with fruit of your choice, some nuts &/ seeds and yoghurt. Drizzle some honey over the pancakes if not suger was used with the mixture.
** A great idea for breakfast or dessert.
** One can use chia seeds instead of eggs. 1 egg is equivalent to 1 tbsp chai seeds and 2.5 tbsp water.
