As we approach the flu and cold season, moms, don’t let people kiss your newborns. ✋🏼. Even something like the cold virus, the RSV, can cause newborns to become very sick.
If you’re pregnant, talk to your doctor about the RSV vaccine.

Happy autumnal equinox to all. Today is the first day of autumn, when the days get shorter and the nights get longer.
I went to a harvest festival today, run by students. It was a beautiful reminder of the richness this season offers.

As the days grow darker, take time to enjoy the gifts of autumn while also being mindful of how the season’s changes may impact you. Slowing down, getting outside when the sun is shining, and enjoying nature’s harvest can help you stay balanced.
