CONSIGUIENDO EL ABDOMEN PERFECTO!!! Queridos amigos, abordar este tema es importante, ya que existen muchas ideas equivocadas, inquietudes, preguntas y grandes errores a la hora de conseguir un abdomen plano, sin grasa y tonificado. El primer y gran error es creer que haciendo cientos de abdominales lo lograremos, y si éstos, son dificultosos mucho mejor. Para empezar, los abdominales no serán visibles hasta que ELIMINES la capa de grasa subcutánea que cubre encima la pared abdominal, ese músculo que da esa forma de six pack. Por lo tanto, el truco mágico para conseguir el abdomen perfecto será "Una alimentación sana y sin excesos".

Por otro lado, los abdominales así como la mayoria de nuestros músculos responden a actividades que por naturaleza nuestro cuerpo está programado hacer (cargar, empujar, jalar). Es por ello, que aquel ejercicio que requiera todo tu cuerpo para hacerlo, trabajará tus abdominales de forma COMPLETA Y NATURAL sin que te des cuenta. Tenemos las sentadillas, peso mu**to, planchas, press militar, etc. Lamentablemente algunos de los ejercicios abdominales son peligrosos para las cervicales y espalda. OJO!!! con eso a la hora de ejecutarlos y tratar de impresionar en el gimnasio con ejercicios raros.

CONCLUSIÓN!!! Todo buen programa de abdominales requiere de 3 pasos:
1. Una buena alimentación y nutrición.
2. Entrenamiento de pesas.
3. Trabajo cardiovascular adecuado (aceleramiento metabólico e intensidad) ej: 20 segundos máximo esfuerzo seguido de 10 segundos esfuerzo mínimo.
