Our sweet Micah Rose turns 1 years old today.

I don’t post about my family much anymore, so I wanted to include everyone in this post today.

Jace turned 4 this year. He is the most fun, kind, smart, thoughtful, and loving boy. He is also an incredible big brother.

Micah is joyful, clever, and very social. She’s obsessed with her family. She loves to dance, play, and “chat”. She is such a precious gift to our family.

I also wanted to mention James. He recently reached 10 years of ministry on staff at our church. He is the Director of Youth Content, and work is impacting people all over the world. I couldn’t be more proud of him.

Happy Birthday to Micah! 🥲🎉💗
Thank you Jesus for my family!

Helping others parasite cleanse over the last few years has been incredibly rewarding. In some cases, I’ve seen it help people see long-awaited breakthroughs in their symptoms.

For those struggling with their health:

Do you think that parasites are contributing to your symptoms? Have you ever done any parasite cleansing?

If you are struggling with iron deficiency anemia, understanding the cause is key. Identifying the why helps determine the what and how—leading to better solutions for restoring balance.

Iron metabolism is incredibly complex. While all causes of iron deficiency anemia fit into these categories, many additional factors play a role that aren’t covered in these slides.

Have you struggled with iron deficiency anemia?

Living with chronic illness is incredibly difficult. It can be physically debilitating, lonely, financially straining, and emotionally overwhelming.

Many people want to offer support, but don’t know how.

Here are my recommendations:

1. Seek to understand. Ask questions. Don’t make assumptions. Learn about the unique challenges that this person faces.

2. Offer specific support. It can be easy to feel like a burden to others. Being specific with your offer can make it much easier to receive.

3. Believe them, and offer validation, and encouragement. Chronic illness is often invisible, and can be hard to understand. Many people experience doubt or dismissive. Feeling understood can mean the world.

This post is dedicated to the countless men and women who are chronically ill, and despite consistently focusing on implementing healthy lifestyle habits, they are still incredibly ill.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
There is a root cause to your symptoms. ⁣⁣
It is not just "adrenal fatigue". ⁣⁣
It is not just MTHFR.⁣⁣
It is not just chronic fatigue syndrome.⁣⁣
It is not just PCOS, MS, Lupus, you name it. ⁣⁣
You are not broken. Your body can heal.⁣

There is something is interfering, and keeping your body from functioning optimally. ⁣

When we remove what God didn't intend, and restore what He did, things get better.⁣
⁣⁣
I would love to make more posts expounding on these 3 factors. Please let me know what questions you have, or if there are specific topics or points that you would like me to talk about. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Much love. ❤️
