Hello Facebook Friends and Followers!
This isn't where me or my business are typically active, but here are some of the exciting things that have happened in the past few months:
I completed my MBA!
I was selected by the Board of Directors to serve as the next President of Health Literacy Texas (Health Literacy Texas). My 3-year term will begin January 2023.
DRC Development sponsored multiple events including:
Wildlands Music Festival (Wildlands Music Festival), Make-A-Wish Central & South Texas’ Wishes in Bloom and Wishes Under the Stars galas (Make-A-Wish Central & South Texas), and For Her’s annual gala (For Her).
I began a new role as an adjunct professor with UT Arlington leading the Master of Public Health course on Communication & Health.
I took a proper vacation and have continued to work with even more amazing clients!
Also, I am currently fundraising for Make-A-Wish to rappel down a building in downtown Austin as part of their “Over the Edge” campaign. I’m currently a third of the way to my $1500 goal! You can pitch in to help make children's wishes come true at: https://austinovertheedge.com/drc/
