Today I'm grateful for truth.

I'm grateful for the storm to remind me that everything passes eventually, but its on me to let it go

I'm grateful for past difficult experiences to help me recognize the truths earlier and act faster.

I'm grateful for the tests I get to see if I'm ready to level up again.

28 Days Grati-friends! So grateful to you for embarking on this little experiment in mass gratitude with me. It's opened my eyes to a lot.

Now we all have new supportive friends & we continue to grow this group with a single idea. Gratitude....

Quick InstaPot Bison Chili.

1. Box o' broth
2. Bags o' beans
3. Pound o' Bison (1lb)
4. Add old fridge veggies till it's 2" from max fill line
5. Fill with water to 1/2" under fill line
6. Hit stew/chili button and set or 50 minutes.

That's it! Let IP do it's thing and add salt & pepper to taste.

Coconut & kale.. potato soup/chowder.

This is how I cook most of the time. Especially when food isn't the focus for the month.

Poured it over a 1/2lb bison burger in the pic. Last night I skipped the bison and pour it over 6 cups of veggies.

After eating this for the next 4 days, Red potatoes will be off the menu for a month or so. I have more delicious carbohydrates I'd rather be eating. Like blueberry pie!

Soup needs a lot of salt. Leave more water out if you want it more chowder like.
