Shes' Soul Wellness what is kinesiology? Using a gentle muscle test, I can identify the stresses affecting you. Your body's responses will guide me to how best to help you.

Using a variety of healing methods, I work to clear stresses and blockages in a way that is unique to your body and your energy systems. This may be using flower essences, crystals, reiki, medicine cards, chakra clearing or sound therapy, to name a few types. These sessions will leave you feeling lighter, clearer in both mind and spirit, with a different outlook at how you view your problems.
