You see, if you can't be honest with yourself about what you are or where you are in your life you will never be able to put a plan together to get where you want to go. The first step in any successful plan is identifying where you are, and where you want to be. This applies not only to your body, but life in general. Congratulations to Team S3 Performance athlete Charles Leonard for placing 5th at the “2014 NPC TEEN, COLLEGIATE, & MASTERS NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS” this past Friday in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania! At the age of 48, Charles competed in one of the biggest classes of the show, comprised of 26 of the best guys in the USA all competing to turn pro! This was Charles's first national level show and 4th show ever. Great job Charles enjoy your success!
