As the creator of ALone all ONE, this journey began with a personal commitment to self realisation. It had become clear that much personal suffering was still very much misunderstood, leading only to more pain. So here's the idea: get better first at letting go of the past by discussing it openly (in all the grizzly detail necessary..), using platforms such as YouTube
