Why I became a health coach...
Over my lifetime I have found it very fulfilling to help others, especially in the area of health. As I faced a serious health condition in my early 20’s I quickly learned the power of nutrition and self-care. I read and studied holistic methods to help myself and others heal, grow, and live with energy and purpose. Of course I believe that taking care of our bodies is extremely important, however it is not the whole picture. I also believe having vision for the future is critical for mental and emotional well-being. Vision stirs up hope, and hope keeps possibility alive. When we believe in possibility, energy increases, negativity fades, and purpose rises. All people need to be growing to feel fulfilled. My passion is to help women find their vision, find their purpose, and help them reach their greatest level of health possible. For when we are at our best, not only do we feel great, but we can offer our greatest selves to our families, our work, and our communities.
