ht I could continue doing the same things I was doing before without realizing I was in a different phase of life... and so was my body. If I’m being honest, I was feeling deflated about my body NOT doing what it was supposed to do even though I was doing everything right, eating healthy, pushing hard in the gym and my body was not budging and my jeans felt like they were cutting off my air supply every time I sat down! I felt like my body was failing me and my medical professional told me there was nothing I could do. That's why I put my over two decades of experience to use and created my Forever Fierce & Fit Coaching Solution. I'm certified as a Behavior Change Specialist, Nutrition Coach, Fitness Trainer, and Corrective Exercise Specialist.

I’m thrilled to share that I’ve just completed my training in Diabetes Prevention, and I couldn’t be more excited about the journey ahead.

As a menopause and metabolism coach, I’ve seen firsthand how the hormonal changes during menopause can shift our metabolic landscape, sometimes increasing the risk of developing metabolic disorders like diabetes.

This training has empowered me with the latest tools and insights to help women navigate these changes with confidence and resilience.

Understanding diabetes prevention isn’t just about reducing risk—it’s about embracing a holistic approach to health during a transformative stage of life.

In truth it was me for many years too!

Nothing wreaks havoc on your hormones quite like under eating and then binging when you can’t take the restriction anymore.

This is the foundation of helping your body help you.

It’s not where you start that matters, but where you’re headed that counts.

I ♥️helping women feel empowered and I’m doing my best to help women come to the realization that they are SO much stronger than they sometimes give themselves credit for.

You are powerful.
You are enough.
You are strong.
You can do hard things.
You deserve to be SEEN.
You deserve to be loved.
You deserve to take up space.
