This is a surprise to me as well when a friend shared this. **My journey has been featured in Economic Times | Hindustan Times of today**. Losing weight, fighting endometriosis, coaching people on fitness, wellness and how I fought my mind to be back on my feet after 13 surgeries. Super happy to THE FIRST CORPORATE YOGA WORKSHOP IN BENGALURU. Rightly quoted, 'where there is a will, there is a way'. There is no journey, an easy one. Could address queries around anatomy to physiology in the ex*****on of asanas, pranayama and meditation. A big thank you to for organising everything so aptly. A new chapter for to cross Borders, and hopefully some day oceans too.

From 85 kgs to 53 kgs was a journey, or I must say few avatars in one life.

I started from no vision at the age of 25 years, and going through surgeries one after the another fighting various ailments, majorly endometriosis.

At times, life gives no choice but only to live & let live.

It was not about losing weight but gaining life.
I did not look back neither then nor now!

As a yoga educator, inclusive educator and a fitness freak - my love for fitness starts with mental health then to physical fitness.

This is yoga month, and I have no better message -

Give your 100% & the universe will support you.

Successfully completed my Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Education with 90.25%.

For the last few months - from going into various asanas, learning shlokas and understanding Physiology over Psychology was a tough path.

Stepping up to teach better with more insightful knowledge. There is no looking back, if you like the journey or road, you are travelling.

No regrets, no mistakes only LESSONS.

✅️ If you practise the pose regularly, it produces a calming effect, capable of helping you achieve a relaxed state of mind.
✅️ The butterfly pose opens your pelvic region, increasing blood circulation. Thus, it is ideal for relieving menstrual cramps.
✅️ It is also a beneficial prenatal exercise. You can move your body from one side to the other while sitting in the butterfly pose to massage your hip area.
