Yoga Healing Arts to Support Introverted and Sensitive Humans
As introverts and highly sensitive people living in a Very Extroverted culture, we can be easily overwhelmed, drained, and exhausted when we try to keep up. We also tend to be pretty tough on ourselves about it! You may be successful in living up to this “extrovert ideal”, but over time start to feel lost and disconnected from yourself without that vital time to relax, connect to self and create.
The beautiful thing is, it’s never too late to befriend your true nature. You can reconnect to your own inner wisdom, build unshakeable confidence, and create a life that serves your individual health + happiness. Imagine a life of creative abundance, healthy boundaries and space for restorative and healing self-care rituals. It’s possible and I’m here to show you how.
My name is Jess Strunk of Jess Strunk Yoga Healing Arts. I’m a therapeutic Yoga teacher, mental health advocate, and fellow introvert and highly sensitive person. From the lens of Yoga, mindfulness, and Ayurveda, I hold space for independent yet introverted and/or sensitive individuals to cultivate inner strength and confidence in a world that is fast-paced and extroverted.
Not introverted or highly sensitive, that’s ok too! Maybe you enjoy my softer approach to modern Yoga practice, a non competitive style of movement, free of body shaming language. If you like what I’m saying, this is for you!
