🌿☀️Summer Yoga Retreat 2025 ☀️🌿it was was a nourishing and transformative experience, offered participants a chance to slow down, reconnect, and revitalize in the heart of nature. Each day was designed to bring balance to the body, mind, and spirit.
Here’s what we explored together:
🧘♀️ Yoga & Pranayama – We practiced daily yoga asana and breathwork, building strength, flexibility, and a deeper sense of inner calm.
🌳 Walking Meditation & Forest Bathing – Gentle, mindful walks through the forest allowed us to reconnect with nature and experience the calming power of the nature
🚶♀️🚶♂️We practiced 8 walk- As a part of our wellness routine. 8 walk gave us a chance to refresh our minds, improve our focus, and boost our physical health. Walking in 8 shapes regularly will help strengthen our hearts, lower stress levels.
😂 Laughter Yoga – These joyful sessions helped us let go of stress, laugh freely, and tap into the healing power of playfulness.
🧠 Vagus Nerve Activation – We learned and practiced simple techniques to stimulate the vagus nerve, promoting relaxation and nervous system regulation.
🧘♂️ Mindfulness Meditation – Through guided meditations, we cultivated presence, awareness, and a greater sense of peace.
Every practice and experience offered during the retreat supported holistic healing and personal growth. Participants left feeling grounded, refreshed, and deeply connected to themselves, to others, and to the natural world🧘♀️🧘♂️☀️🌿🌳🦋🌸🙏
