Well that was a fun experience, I am finally home, time to rest up and heal now. Thanks to everyone for all the msgs of support. It really got me through a hard time. As promised a photo is on the way of that big bastard that got removed from my body so stay tuned, just need to email medical photography. Much love to everyone, you are all brilliant ###

Had my final dialysis session today before I get my left kidney removed tomorrow morning. Iv been ok about the situation ahead I feel, however it's starting to hit home at the enormity of it, I'm sure it'll all be fine. Stand by for pictures lol.

Freedom, well for now anyway, I get my kidney removed in less than a week. Thanks to everyone for keeping me sane while I was in there.

Well yesterday's dialysis session went well, I got told I would be staying in overnight so the Dr's could run some tests...

Well yesterday's dialysis session went well, I got told I would be staying in overnight so the Dr's could run some tests to see the extent of my kidney bleed, that's me up in ward 4d in the QEUH bored out my tree lol

Another dialysis session done, my arm is starting to turn a lovely shade of purple. If you look closely then you can see where the dialysis needles have been put. Next appointment is Tuesday.
