Are you ready for summer ? Because if you haven’t noticed, it’s February already. 📅

For those of you wondering what the point of the glucose monitoring, workout tracking, calorie restriction, reading, meditations and hustle was all about; here you go. Me at 43 years young feeling stronger than ever and you can too if you’re ready. 💯

Do you need help planning, programming and prioritizing your health ? It’s difficult to do on your own I know. I have you covered. 💯

In person training is fully booked, though there are some spots available for online personal training, meal planning and programming. 💯

I have been hesitant to post anything shirtless this year up this point, but wasn’t having that. Thank you for the workout and photos 📸🦅💪🏾

Note: No creatine, no protein, just extreme workouts, apothecary and sea moss 🦅🖤 🌊
