I’m so proud of how far I’ve come. 6 years ago, I was sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. I started on plan and lost 50lbs in about 5 months. As I melted away, friends and family asked what I was doing so I decided to become a coach. I’ve helped hundreds of people over the years with their health journeys. After my second child, I knew exactly what to do to regain my health again. So grateful for my clients and coaches who I’m blessed to walk this out with!

Asian Ground Turkey Bowl - 🙌💥😋

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2TB coconut aminos or low sodium soy sauce ( 1 1/2 condiments)
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil (1 healthy fat)
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic (1/2 condiment)
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger (1/2 condiment)
- 1/2 tsp Asian chile paste or sriracha (1/2 condiment)
- 6 oz cooked ground turkey (1 leaner protein)
- 117g cooked broccoli florets (1 1/2 greens)
- 135g cooked cauli rice (1 1/2 greens)

INSTRUCTIONS:
In a small bowl whisk together the coconut amino or soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper. Set aside.

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and spray it with cooking oil.
Add in the cauliflower rice, ginger, garlic and chile paste. Sauté for about 5 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender, but not mushy. Remove from the skillet onto a plate.
Add the ground turkey into the skillet and cook until it is no longer pink. Crumble it as it's cooking.

Add in the broccoli and the sauce and stir together until everything is coated in the sauce. Cook another 2-4 minutes or until the sauce starts to thicken.

Garnish with toasted sesame seeds, green onion and sriracha if desired.

1 healthy fat!

Caesar Chicken Lettuce Wraps 🥙

Ingredients
24 to 27 oz raw, boneless, skinless chicken breasts - should yield 18 oz cooked (3 Leaners)
2 Tbsp Walden Farms Caesar Salad Dressing (1 Condiment)
1/2 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper (1 Condiment)
1/2 tsp Salt (2 Condiments)
1/4 tsp oregano (1/2 Condiment)
1 Tbsp Olive Oil (3 Healthy Fats)
3 cups (4.98 oz) Romaine/Iceberg lettuce leaves (3 greens)

Directions
Slice chicken into strips (to cook quicker) and sauté in olive oil until done. Put all remaining ingredients, except lettuce, with chicken in food processor and pulse about eight times, being careful not to chop too finely. After processing, weigh out 6 ounces of prepared chicken and fill lettuce leaves. Feel free to adjust seasonings to taste.

Makes 3 servings
3 greens
1 leaner
1.5 condiments
1 healthy fat
