As the temperatures are beginning to drop, I've been hibernating and recipe testing! This past weekend, I whipped together this Apple Crisp, which is not only gluten free but refined sugar free as well. Enjoy this for dessert or breakfast warmed with a scoop of vanilla yogurt (like I've been doing all week), you won't even notice it's not ice cream.
